My journey through perimenopause inspired me to create Monarch Strength. I realized there was a lack of support and resources for women like me, who wanted to feel their best during this time of life.

Community Spotlight: 2025 Perimenopause Circles (The Body Gym)
Our first of many Perimenopause and Menopause Circles at The Body Gym was a heartfelt gathering filled with shared emotions and powerful conversations. It was a beautiful reminder that you are not alone on this journey.
A Space for Connection and Support
So many of you bravely shared your experiences, and a central theme that we discussed in detail was the challenge of getting restful sleep during perimenopause and menopause. In a supportive round-table discussion, we offered each other comfort, practical suggestions, and the simple, powerful gift of being heard. We nourished our bodies with sleepy teas, a nighttime magnesium and tart cherry juice cocktail, and a bedtime magnesium-rich snack of almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate.
Looking Ahead
The feedback was wonderful, and we are thrilled to continue building this circle! Please join us again in late January for more honest discussion and to gain new resources for navigating the lifestyle shifts of this transition. Together, we will continue to find our strength and feel our best!

Menopause Workshop: October 23, 2025
We will be exploring, “Menopause Bootcamp”, by Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz, MD, with experts, Michelle Bramlett (NTP) and Jennifer Sanchez (CPT, CMCS). This workshop will be specific to sleep during perimenopause and beyond. Discover practical tools, science-based strategies, and community support to help you thrive.
All workshops are focused on education, curiosity and empowerment around menopausal wellness and holistic health approaches.
