The Nutrition and Behavior Change Program offers intentional coaching focused on nutrition, body awareness, emotional resilience and the real-life challenges that come with hormonal shifts during the Pause years. Whether you’re navigating cravings, fatigue or scheduled chaos, this program walks beside you—compassionately and consistently.
You’ll receive:
Bi-monthly Coaching Sessions to support both nutritional shifts and sustainable behavior changes.
7-Day Text Support (7AM-7PM) for real-time questions, encouragement and accountability.
Tools to help you regulate eating patterns, tune into hunger cues, plan hormone-friendly meals and dismantle self-sabotaging habits.
