This powerful program is designed to support Monarchs who want to align their strength training with holistic lifestyle changes that meet you where you are now in midlife. What worked in our 20’s and 30’s to look and feel good doesn’t work in our 40’s and beyond. You are aging, it’s inevitable yet, it’s also a privilege and a pivotal time in our lives to honor ourselves as the amazing women that we are and change the habits in our lifestyle that our biology is asking of us in order to thrive and feel our best.
The best time to start taking care of your midlife health was 10 years ago, the next best time to start is today. Do not wait another day to say I’ll start tomorrow!
This program offers intentional and customized coaching focused on holistic practices to mindful eating, body awareness, emotional resilience and the real life challenges that come with hormonal shifts during the Pause years.
