1:1 Strength
Training

Build, protect & redefine strength.

  • Personalized 1-on-1 sessions for clients to build muscle (strength, metabolic and bone health), improve mobility (flexibility, core, balance, force and speed) and support cardiovascular health.

  • Fun, motivating and supportive on-demand small group training sessions. Groups consist of a maximum of 6, minimum of 3 participants for a personalized and empowering training session focused on strength building, mobility and cardiovascular-training and more!

    Classes are offered on:
    - Tuesdays, 4:30pm-6:00pm
    - Saturdays, 8:00am-930am

  • Monarch Strength offers flexible packages that support you on your strength journey during the Pause years and beyond.

    This powerful program is designed to support Monarchs who want to align their strength training with holistic lifestyle changes that meet you where you are now in midlife. What worked in our 20’s and 30’s to look and feel good doesn’t work in our 40’s and beyond. You are aging, it’s inevitable yet, it’s also a privilege and a pivotal time in our lives to honor ourselves as the amazing women that we are and change the habits in our lifestyle that our biology is asking of us in order to thrive and feel our best.

    The best time to start taking care of your midlife health was 10 years ago, the next best time to start is today. Do not wait another day to say I’ll start tomorrow!

    This program offers intentional and customized coaching focused on holistic practices to mindful eating, body awareness, emotional resilience and the real life challenges that come with hormonal shifts during the Pause years.

  • These 1:1 meetings support nutritional shifts and sustainable behavior changes.

    Receive real-time feedback to your questions, encouragement and accountability!

  • Monarch Strength offers this program for free when you are a 1:1 monthly or weekly personal training client. Another option to support you on your strength journey during the Pause years and beyond is available for non-strength training clients.

    Practice - Monarch Challenges: Embrace growth through action! Each month you’ll receive a new challenge —whether it’s a hydration habit, movement milestone or a mindful morning routine to gently stretch your limits and spark transformation.

    Reflect - Tea-Time Fluttering:
    Ground yourself with intention. Receive a gentle message straight to your phone—like a warm cup of tea for the soul. These reflective prompts offer inspiration, grounding and encouragement to help you pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

    Learn - Seasonal Shifting Session
    Just as nature shifts with the seasons, so does your body. These seasonal shift learnings focus on aligning with your body’s internal clock with the current season—highlighting key organ systems, emotional balance and holistic self-care rituals that support vitality and balance.

    Monarch Strength Group Training Class
    Coaching clients will have access Monarch Strength Group Training classes, held once a month (on demand). No experience needed - All levels welcome
