Monarch Strength | Spring 2026
News & Updates
Spring is Not About Strating Over,
It’s About Building Forward
Empowering women in their Pause years to move, thrive and reclaim their vitality.
Spring Brings Quiet Questions
Why does my body feel different?
And what can I do about it?
If you’ve felt changes in your energy, strength, sleep, or focus, you’re not alone. And more importantly, nothing is “wrong” with you.
Perimenopause and menopause are natural transitions, though often unpredictable and deeply personal.
At Monarch Strength, we believe this season isn’t about loss, instead it’s about rebuilding strength in a new way, with the right support.

"My journey through perimenopause inspired me to create Monarch Strength. I realized there was a lack of support for women who wanted to feel strong and confident during this stage of life. Monarch Strength is a space where women can feel empowered, supported, and educated."
As we move into this next season, I'm reminded that strength isn't about pushing harder, it's about learning how to support your body in a new way.
When women are given the right support, they don't just get through this season-they begin to thrive in it.
🌿 Community Care Spotlight: Why Strength Training Matters More Than We’ve Been Told
Earlier this year, we hosted our second, Perimenopause & Menopause Women’s Support Circle, and it was a powerful reminder that women are not meant to navigate this season alone.
Through workshops, circles, and conversations, one truth keeps showing up: Women are deeply capable but are (often) under-supported. This means that even when the information is shared on how to make changes to support one’s health it takes time to feel ready.
This where Monarch Strength comes in to walk, not push you in the direction of receiving support to meet you strength, living and illness free goals.
Why? Because during perimenopause and menopause, changes in hormone levels can impact:
Muscle mass and strength
Bone density
Metabolism and energy levels
Balance and stability
The good news? Strength training is one of the most effective ways to support your body through this transition.
Even small, consistent movement can:
Improve energy and mood
Support metabolic health
Help you feel more stable and confident in your body
(Strength training) can reduce risk of death by up to 24%
Support brain health and may help protect against Alzheimer’s
Improves metabolic health, balance, and long-term independence
This means is that strength training isn’t just fitness; It’s longevity, clarity, and confidence.
What We’re Seeing in Our Community
If you’ve been waiting to feel “ready” — this is your reminder:
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to begin and you don’t have to do it alone.
🩺. Clinical Collaboration: NurtureMD
Monarch Strength continues its new collaboration with NurtureMD, led by Dr. Sandra Plybon.
Monarch Strength is now part of NurtureMD’s membership experience for new patients, offering a more integrated approach to women’s health during the Pause years.
What this includes:
A personalized movement assessment (mobility, posture, and dynamic movement)
Identification of imbalances in the body
A customized program focused on flexibility, core strength, balance, coordination, and strength
This work supports women in understanding
how their body is moving today and
how to move forward with confidence.
Patients also have the opportunity to continue training at a preferred patient rate, creating consistency and long-term support.
👉 If you’re curious about this collaboration, I’d love to connect.
